"Casa Beatriz"

The house: Casa Beatriz can be rented only as house or together with the apartment above the house. The pool only belongs to the house an can not be used by people from the apartment - except you have booked the house and the apartment together.

Description:
Casa Beatriz is a spacious house with enough place for a family with 4 people. Is has a sittingroom, radio, cd-player, television (SAT-TV with international programs) and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for self catering. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, 1 bathroom with bathing-tub, shower and toilet, a washing machine is also available. Also there is a room with table tennis and: 2 bikes are waiting for you for bike excursions on the lovely countryside.

In the patio (courtyard) there is a pool, sun beds, chairs, table and a BBQ.
The house is situated in the old part of the village La Caleta de Famara and is completely renovated by the spanish owners.

The Apartment "Araceli"
in the first floor above the house there is the apartment, which can be booked separately or together with the house. It has its own entrance and can be booked together with the house "Casa Beatriz" or separately only as apartment. "Araceli" has enough place for 4 people: there are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed / 1 with two single beds), a bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with television (only spanisch TV programs), dining table and a small balcony for breakfast and enjoying the sun.
