Location of the Villa
 The villa is built in the elegant housing estate "Faro Park" to the west of Playa Blanca, to the foot of the mountain "Montaña Roja" (the Red Mountain). The newly area is calm and without traffic. The houses are not far away from the rocky cost of the Atlantic with a lovely path way on the cost side with some shops, bakery, restaurant, bar. From here you my walk along the cost and beaches to the village centre, passing all the hotels, bars and restaurants... Bus Shuttle: from the urbanization center - about 500 metres away from Villa Olga you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the beach, to the Marina Rubicon sport harbour with lots of good restaurants and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca. The price is about 1,25 Euros per person and direction.

Description of the Villa
 Villa Olga is perfectly equipped for self catering for 4 people. You will find everything you need during the daily life because the owners themselves very often life here for their holiday weeks. The sitting room offers TV with satellite dish for international TV programs, the modern built in kitchen offers all necessary equipment as glass cooking field, oven, dish washer, fridge and freezer. The house provides 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and 2 very lovely elegant bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bath tub. The large dining room offers a table for 6 persons and an extra sofa for relaxing. The terrace has a covered area with terrace furniture in the shadow - you will enjoy this lovely holiday home. The pool on the terrace beside the house is large enough to cool down - the water is warmed up by solar energy. Sunbeds are available.  Please mention: this villa is a NON SMOKING house inside - but you may smoke outside on the terrace, in the garden. Please consider other persons and the owners. Thank you. The place is perfect as starting point for a short walk to the rocky cost, which are nearby in about 5 minutes walking distance. In Playa Blanca and the area around you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), diving (Marina Rubicon), surfing, jogging, fitness center and wellness center (in several hotels available). A new golf course you can find in Tias / Puerto del Carmen, which is about half an hour car drive away.
In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for everyones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometers.

Bed linen and towels: Bedclothes, towels and large towels for sunbeds and beach are available.
Pool terrace: 4 sunbeds, a large table and chairs are available to relax.
Pool service: The pool is maintained by a pool service to clean it and check the water quality. The pool water is warmed up by a solar energy system on the roof.
Rental Charge Villa Olga
 2 Persons per week : € 720,-  4 Persons per week: € 840,-
Price per week = 7 nights. Addition on the price per day for shorter rental periods than one week are possible. All prices are in Euros (€) and validated for the whole year - we do not have season prices! The prices are for the above mentioned persons - adults and children have same prices.
