Location of the House
 The bungalow is located in the housing area "Las Coloradas" - not far away from the village Playa Blanca and close to the fantastic natural beaches Playas de Papagayo (25 minutes walk from the house over a hill) or in about 5 minutes car drive to the beach Playa Dorada (3.5 km distance in the village). On the other side you may enjoy the mountain views to the "Hacha Grande Mountain" with its hight of 561 metres and the calmness of the housing area. Las Coloradas offers a shopping center, called "El Pueblo" with different shops, supermarket, bar as well as some restaurants, children playground, terraces... 5 minutes walk and you are there! The "Netto" supermarket can be reached in 2 km distance for daily shopping. Bus Shuttle: from the Las Coloradas urbanizasion center - about 500 metres away from Casa Justina - you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the Dorada Beach, to the Marina Rubicón sport harbour with lots of good restaurants, bars and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca.

Description of Casa Justine
The bungalow has a wind protected open terrace area to the south side with ocean views which is covered with wood for a shady place out of the sun. Sun beds and wooden terrace furniture for 4 people are available.  The open sitting room with fitted kitchen, Sky Sat TV and a small music center with CD player is spacious enough for 4 people. Two comfortable leather couches gives you the opportunity to relax in front of the TV or the DVD player. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: Fridge, Freezer, oven, glass cooking fields, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, coffe machine and a small breakfast table. 3 bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms (one is "en suite"), a utility room with washing machine and a mordern kitchen make your holidays perfect in this house.
From both bathrooms you reach the fresh water outdoor shower in the half round patio - perfect during hot days to refresh with cold water under blue sky - and nobody can watch you!

All rooms open to the terrace, from where you may enjoy the ocean views up to the islands Lobos and Fuerteventura. The house is sourrounded by a wall which gives you good privacy to take sunbaths on the terrace without beeing watched. Also a car park is available direct in front of the house on the road. A small garden with typical plants of Lanzarote gives you green ambience next to the terrace and all arround the house (visit our photo gallery above with more details). This comfortable holiday bungalow ist perfect to start daily to the Papagayo Beaches or to the nearby sport harbour "Marina Rubicon" as well as to the lovely Dorada Beach in Playa Blanca.

Leisure Activities and Sightseeing of Lanzarote
The place is perfect as starting point for a short walk to the fantastic famous sandy Beaches Playas de Papagayo, which are nearby. In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada Beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for every-ones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometres. In Playa Blanca and the area around you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), diving (Marina Rubicon), bowling (Brunswick bowling center), urfing, jogging, fitness center, wellness etc...
View to the first and largest bay of the papagayo beaches - - from the villa reachable in 10 minutes car dreive or in 20 min walk.
Service for your Holidays
Bed linen and towels: Bedclothes, sufficient towels and large towels for sun lungers on the terrace are in the house. Also a washing machine is available. Terrace: 4 sun-beds, wooden table and chairs are available to relax on the terrace.

Rental Charge Casa Justine
 2 Persons per week : € 600,-  3 Persons per week : € 660,- 4 Persons per week : € 720,-
Price per week = 7 nights. Addition on the price per day for shorter rental periods than one week are possible. All prices are in Euros (€) and validated for the whole year - we do not have season prices! The prices are for the above mentioned persons - adults and children have same prices. Booking Request
The booking request online is free: You will receive an individual offer for you selected holiday home - if your special selected accommodation is not available we will present you a comparable one. Only then if you confirm our offer by mail or fax we will send you the contract for renting the accommodation. After paying the deposit your holiday home is booked authentically.
