The apartment is located in a private villa on the west side of Playa Blanca below the "Montaña Roja" - the red mountain of Playa Blanca. The residential area is quiet and does not have much traffic. The house has a lovely garden and a large balcony south faced to the ocean with sea views up to the neighbour islands Lobos and Fuerteventura. The spacious apartment is on the first floor of the house.

Quiet near you will find little shops, as grocery, bakery, restaurants and a small super market for daily little things to buy. The ocean is reachable within a short walk in about 300 meters and there you may walk on the waterside promenade up to Playa Blanca village center or Marina Rubicon sort harbour. The promenade is about 8 km long. We recommend to hire a car to go shopping in the supermarkets, to visit the sandy beaches of Playa Blanca or the famous Papagayo Beaches on the east side by car (distance about 8 km) and to visit all the famous sightseeing location of the island. Bus Shuttle: from the urbanization center - about 500 metres away from the apartment you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the beach, to the Marina Rubicon sport harbour with lots of good restaurants and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca. The price is about 1,20 Euros per person and direction. This is very economical and there is no need to have a car.

Ocean views from the terrace of Vivienda Marion

The apartment "Vivienda Marion" is perfectly equipped for self catering for 4 people. You will find everything you need during the daily life because the owners themselves very often enjoy holiday weeks in the flat. The sitting room offers TV with satellite dish for international TV programs, the modern built in kitchen provides all necessary equipment as glass cooking field, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle...

The apartment provides 2 bedrooms, each with 2 large double beds and 2 very lovely bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. The modern sitting room offers a breakfast table for 4 persons and a comfortable sofa. A second small lounge with TV and music center gives the chance to relax, to look your TV program or to hear your favorite music away from others. In the apartment there is a utility room with washing machine. The terrace has a covered area with terrace furniture in the shadow as well as sun beds and from the balcony you can enjoy ocean views up to Lobos and Fuerteventura - you will enjoy this lovely holiday apartment.

The house is located next to Montaña Roja - the red mountain of Playa Blanca

The place is perfect as starting point for a short walk to the rocky cost, which is nearby in about 10 minutes walking distance. In Playa Blanca and the area around you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), diving (Marina Rubicon), surfing, jogging, fitness center and wellness center (in several hotels available). A new golf course you can find in Tias / Puerto del Carmen, which is about half an hour car drive away.

In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for every ones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometers along the waterfront. Also it is an adventure to walk up on the Montaña Roja - to have a panoramic overlooking view to Playa Blanca, the countryside till the Timanfaya mountains and the ocean (the walk is not dangerous and will take about 45 minutes to the top.)
