The house is situated in the exclusive "Las Coloradas" area - about 3 km away from the village centre of Playa Blanca but very close to the fantastic natural beaches Playas de Papagayo (20 minutes walk from the house over a little hill) or in 5 minutes car drive to the Playa Dorada beach in the village (3.5 km distance). The area Las Coloradas offers a shopping center - called "El Pueblo" with different shops, supermarket, sports bar as well as some restaurants, children playground, terraces... 10 minutes walk and you are there! The "Netto" supermarket can be reached in 2 km distance for daily shopping.

Bus Shuttle: from Las Coloradas center you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the beach, to the marina rubicon sport harbour with lots of good restaurants and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca.

This holiday villa with private pool on the terrace in front of the house provides two living units: the main house has 1 large sitting room with dining area and open kitchen (one room), 1 large bedroom with double bed, 1 large and bright bathroom with bath tub and separate shower and an utility room with washing machine. The lounge provides TV and internet connection (cable connection - please ask us before). The lounge has sliding doors to the pool terrace.

The second unit in the hosue: living area for 2 persons provides a sitting room with bed-sofa for 2, an extra built-in kitchen with all you need for self-catering and a lovely bath with shower, WC and washing basin. All together the house is large enough for 4 persons who have 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms available.

Privacy: The pool on the terrace is well protected against wind and views and surrounded by walls. The house is on e higher level, reachable through an iron gate and over some steps up to the terrace from the private parking area.
From the garden you can enjoy panoramic view overlooking the roofs of other houses and you have ocean view up to the neighbour island of Fuerteventura (see photograph below).

The place is perfect as starting point for a short walk to the fantastic famous sandy Beaches Playas de Papagayo, which are nearby. In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada Beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for every-ones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometres. In Playa Blanca and the area around you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), diving (Marina Rubicon), surfing, jogging, fitness center etc...

Sightseeing: By car you are in some minutes at very interest places and well known restaurants, for example the Timanfaya National Park with the "Fire Mountains" (volcanic mountains of Lanzarote). Also there is the very interesting wine road (La Geria of Lanzarote) where you may enjoy some local wine in a Bodega... (see our tour of Lanzarote)

Bed linen and towels: Bedclothes, towels and large towels for sunbeds, pool and beach are available in the house.
Pool terrace: 4 sun-beds, table and chairs are available to relax on the terrace. The pool is weekly maintained and checked by a pool service company.

The booking request online is free: You will receive an individual offer for you selected holiday home - if your special selected accommodation is not available we will present you a comparable one. Only then if you confirm our offer by mail or fax we will send you the contract for renting the accommodation. After paying the deposit your holiday home is booked authentically.
