The luxury detached villa is built in the elegant housing estate "La Goleta" to the west of Playa Blanca, next to the mountain "Montaña Roja" (the Red Mountain). The new area is calm and without traffic. The houses are not far away from the rocky cost of the Atlantic with a lovely path way on the cost side as well from some shops, bakery, restaurants, bars.
We recommend that you to hire a car for shopping, visiting beaches and for your private sightseeing tour on Lanzarote.

Bus Shuttle: from the urbanization center - about 500 metres away from Villa Olga you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the beach, to the Marina Rubicon sport harbour with lots of good restaurants and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca. The price is about 1,15 Euros per person and direction.

The villa Bella Vista is perfectly equipped for self catering for up to 5 people. You will find everything you need during the daily life because the owners themselves very often have their holidays here. weeks. Please mention: the house is a NON SMOKING house - but you may smoke outside on the terrace, in the patio and garden.

The large and very comfortable living room offers TV, DVD, video and CD player with a selection of films, log fire and large french terrace doors to the front. The fully equipped modern built-in kitchen offers all necessary things as oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dish washer, fridge and freezer. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron, cloth dryer for you tu use.

The house has 2 lovely decorated and spacious bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, 2 bathrooms - one "en-suite" to the large bedroom with bath tub, the other bathroom provides a shower. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

The covered and shady patio with the view to the large community pool offers a table for 4/5 persons and sunbeds for relaxing. The terrace has a covered area with terrace furniture in the shade - you will enjoy this lovely holiday home.

The villa is a NON SMOKING house. Yoiu may smoke on the terrace outside or in the garden, but please do not smoke inside the house. Thank you for your respect to other guests and the owners!

The place is perfect as starting point for a short walk to the rocky cost, which are nearby in about 5 minutes walking distance. In Playa Blanca and the area around you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), diving (Marina Rubicon), surfing, jogging, fitness center and wellness center (in several hotels available). A new golf course you can find in Tias / Puerto del Carmen, which is about half an hour car drive away.

In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for everyones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometers..

Bed linen and towels: Bedclothes, towels and large towels for sunbeds and beach are available.
Pool terrace: 4 sunbeds, a table and chairs are available to relax on the covered terrace.
Pool: The pool is a community pool and situated directly in front of the villa. The pool is maintained by a pool service to clean it and check the water quality.

The booking request online is free: You will receive an individual offer for you selected holiday home - if your special selected accommodation is not available we will present you a comparable one. Only then if you confirm our offer by mail or fax we will send you the contract for renting the accommodation. After paying the deposit your holiday home is booked authentically.
