Location of the Villa
  Villa Siggi is situated in the exclusive "Las Coloradas" area - about 3 km away from the village centre of Playa Blanca but very close to the fantastic natural beaches Playas de Papagayo (20 minutes walk) or in a 5 minutes car drive to the Playa Dorada beach in the village (3.5 km distance). The area Las Coloradas offers a shopping center - called "El Pueblo" with different shops, supermarket, sports bar as well as some restaurants, children playground, terraces... 10 minutes walk and you are there! The "Netto" supermarket can be reached in 2 km distance for daily shopping. Bus Shuttle: from Las Coloradas center you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the beach, to the marina rubicon sport harbour with lots of good restaurants and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca.
Description of the Villa
Holiday villa Siggi offers a spacious sun terrace with private pool only for sole use of guests and a mature garden. The house is located in a calm and well maintained housing area not far away from the ocean.

 Modern spacious fitted kitchen: the villa provides a perfect kitchen for self-catering with oven, glass cooking fields, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker, toaster and all you need during your holiday stay. Even a washing machine, an ironing board and iron are available. The villa has a large living area with satellite TV and a comfortable living room couch. The room opens to the kichen and to the dining area with glass table for 4 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: one bedroom has a double bed and a bath "en suite" - the other bedroom provides two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and wc, bidet and washbasin.

The villa is perfect as starting point for a short walk (20 minutes) to the fantastic famous sandy Beaches Playas de Papagayo. In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada Beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for every-ones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometres.
Playa Blanca offers lots of possibilities: you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), diving (Marina Rubicon), sailing, sea angling, surfing, jogging, fitness center, wellness (spa) etc...
Golf: at the hotel Hespería Dorada is a 9 hole golf course. In Puerto del Carmen you may enjoy the newly opened up Lanzarote Golf Resort (18 holes).
Sightseeing: By car you are in some minutes at very interest places, for example the Timanfaya National Park with the "Fire Mountains" (volcanic mountains of Lanzarote). Also there is the very interesting wine road (La Geria of Lanzarote) where you may enjoy some local wine in a Bodega... (see our tour of Lanzarote).

Bed linen and towels: Bedclothes, towels and large towels for sun-beds and beach are available.
Pool terrace: 4 sun loungers, table and chairs are available to relax.
BBQ: a barbecue on the terrace next by the pool gives you the chance to prepare grilled meat, fish or vegetables. Charcoal can be bought in the supermarket.
Rental Charge for Villa Siggi
 2 Persons per week : € 630,-  3 Persons per week : € 690,-
 4 Persons per week : € 750,-
Price per week = 7 nights.
Addition on the price per day for shorter rental periods than one week are possible.
All prices are in Euros (€) and validated for the whole year - we do not have season prices! The prices are for the above mentioned persons - adults and children have same prices.

The booking request online is free: You will receive an individual offer for you selected holiday home - if your special selected accommodation is not available we will present you a comparable one. Only then if you confirm our offer by mail or fax we will send you the contract for renting the accommodation. After paying the deposit your holiday home is booked authentically.
