Casa Arte Vista is located on a hill at the edge of the small mountain village Las Breñas and offers to the south clear panoramic views more than 20 kilometers over the countryside to the village Playa Blanca, to the ocean and the neighbor islands Lobos and Fuerteventura. This breath taking view is unique and gives you the feeling of freedom, peace and utter solitude. To the west the view goes as well to the ocean where you may enjoy fantastic sun sets. In the east you will welcome the sun rising behind the mountains.

Enjoy on the terrace of this holiday bungalow the rustic and untouched landscape of Lanzarote together with the quiet of this place. From the house there is only a 10 km drive to Playa Blanca or on the other side you are quickly at the black beach Playa Janubio or in the fishermen's village El Golfo with some recommendable fish and seafood restaurants. Very near are the Playas de Papagayo - the wide sandy beaches in the natural park of Los Ajaches. Holiday Bungalow "Casa Arte Vista" is a newly built house beside the historic old farmhouse of the owner, a german woman artist and painter. Here you can really feel the hard work of the farmers they had to do in former times, you still can see the old place where corn had been threshed. But nowadays its a lovely place to enjoy private and individual holidays on Lanzarote.

The holiday house has a very clear and minimalist design but offers all the important things you need to create your private holidays on the island. The house offers high and spacious rooms with bright light and lovely decoration - also with colorful original paintings of the owner herself. The rooms give you a relaxing recreative atmosphere surrounded by the quiet and solitude of this private place away offside the tourism center Playa Blanca.

The very spacious living room is built over the length of the house and offers about 60 sq.m. space including a dining area, a lounge and the TV sofa. You can receive TV programs from astra satellite (international programs). A special corner is prepared in the living room to sit with your laptop to surf in the internet via WIFI (wireless connection). Also you find a radio with CD player.

The lovely terrace looks to the south to Playa Blanca and to the neighbor islands Lobos and Fuerteventura. The terrace provides furniture and umbrella and offers a wide panoramic view overlooking the landscape of this southern area up to the ocean. In the evenings sitting on your holiday terrace you may watch fantastic sunsets as one of the photographs is showing you.

The bedroom has a full-size bed and provides an air conditioning system. The room opens to the inner patio which is open to the sky and gives the opportunity to enjoy the sun or to enjoy breakfast in a protected area under blue sky.

The kitchen of Casa Arte Vista is a modern built in kitchen with oven, gas cooking fields, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the crockery you need.

The bath also is a very light and clear room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels for the bath and for the sun beds are available. The owner also has installed a washing machine for holiday guests.

The owner appreciates non smoker in the house. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or in the patio but please be considerate of the owner and of succeeding guests. Thank you!
