Location of the Villa "Casa Tortuga"
 The villa is located in the elegant housing estate "Faro Park" on the west side of Playa Blanca, to the foot of the mountain "Montaña Roja" (the Red Mountain). The newly area is calm and without traffic. The houses are not far away from the rocky cost of the Atlantic with a lovely path way on the cost side, there are also some shops, bakery, restaurants, bars in the new area. The villa Casa Tortuga is located in the first line direct by the ocean and the rocky wild coast! From the urbanisation "Faro Park" you my walk along the cost and beaches to the village centre, passing all the hotels, bars and restaurants... its a lovely holiday walk. Bus Shuttle: from the urbanization center - about 500 metres away from Villa Olga you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the beach, to the Marina Rubicon sport harbour with lots of good restaurants and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca. The price is about 1,25 Euros per person and direction.

Description of the Villa
 The holiday villa Casa Tortuga is fully and comfortable equipped: the house provides a comfortable sitting room with TV (Astra Sat TV) with doors leading to the covered terrace and garden. The kitchen offers all the appliances you need for self-catering during your holiday stay: glass cooking field, oven, dish washer, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and all the crockery... The house offers 2 lovely bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. All rooms have windows with extra window shutters against wind, heat and sun.  Also you may enjoy the 2 bathroom: one with shower, the other with bathtub. On the first floor you can lay in the sun and enjoy the wide ocean views from the private roof terrace of this villa (view photographs in the gallery above). Wooden sun beds are waiting for you on this roof terrace! The covered and shady terrace with splendid ocean views is protected by large glass windows against the wind from the sea but gives you a perfect place to live outside in the warm and salty ocean climate of this unique place. Here you may enjoy breakfast outside as well as your dinner while you are watching one of the miraculous sun sets in the Atlantic Ocean in front of your terrace!

The house provides a private car park for your rented holiday car. In the patio next to the kitchen you also find a washing machine which you can use and makes your stay much more comfortable. This house gives you all amenities and is the unique place to enjoy holidays direct at the ocean in a luxury, very calm villa and private housing area.
The public pool of this area is at free disposal and offers crystal clear water, large terrace around the pool and lovely rural views to the Montaña Roja near by. Here you can relax and enjoy your daily morning swim - only some footsteps away from your house.

 The place is perfect as starting point for a short walk to the rocky cost, which are nearby in about 5 minutes walking distance. In Playa Blanca and the area around you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), diving (Marina Rubicon), surfing, jogging, fitness center and wellness center (in several hotels available). A new 18 holes golf course you can find in Tias / Puerto del Carmen, which is about half an hour car drive away. In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for everyones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometers. The famous Playas de Papagayo (the papagayo beachs) are reachable in about 15 minutes car drive (about 8 km distance). Fishing villages as El Golfo or Playa Quemada are nor far away...
