Location of the House

The bungalow is located in the housing area "Las Coloradas" - not far away from the village Playa Blanca and close to the fantastic natural beaches Playas de Papagayo (20 minutes walk from the house over a hill) or in about 5 minutes car drive to the beach Playa Dorada (3.5 km distance in the village). On the other side you may enjoy the mountain views to the "Hacha Grande Mountain" with its hight of 561 metres and the calmness of the housing area. Las Coloradas offers a shopping center, called "El Pueblo" with different shops, supermarket, bar as well as some restaurants, children playground, terraces... 5 minutes walk and you are there! The "Netto" supermarket can be reached in 2 km distance for daily shopping.

Bus Shuttle: from the Las Coloradas urbanizasion center - about 500 metres away from Casa Blanca you will find a bus stop of the local bus shuttle service. Every 30 minutes a bus stops and will bring you to the Dorada Beach, to the Marina Rubicón sport harbour with lots of good restaurants, bars and shops and to the village center of Playa Blanca.

Description of Casa Blanca

Casa Blanca is a spacious family holiday bungalow with private pool - warmed up by solar energy and perfect for 4 people. This pool with 1.30 m to 1.70 meters depth is deep and large enough - perfect for sportive refreshing after sunbathing.

The pool area is protected by a white aluminium pool guard so that babies and small children can not reach the pool uncontrolled to fall into the water. The owner installed this extra for your better and safer family holiday stay in their house!

The bungalow has a large open terrace area which is partly covered with wood for a shady place out of the sun next to the pool. Sun beds and terrace furniture for 4 to 6 people are available.

The open sitting room with kitchen area, sky SAT-TV (about 20 English programs) and a small music center with CD player (CDs are available), is spacious enough for 4 people. A comfortable leather couch gives you the opportunity to relax in front of the TV.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is "en suite"), a utility room with washing machine and a mordern kitchen make your holidays perfect in this house.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: Fridge, Freezer, oven, ceran surface, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, coffe machine.

All rooms open to the terrace with grill place and to the fantastic pribvate pool. The house is sourrounded by a wall which gives you good privacy. Also a private car parking belongs to the property direct in front of the house. A small garden with typical plants of Lanzarote gives you green ambience next to the terrace. Leisure Activities and Sightseeing of Lanzarote

The place is perfect as starting point for a short walk to the fantastic famous sandy Papagayo Beaches, which are nearby. In Playa Blanca and the area around you may find tennis, bike rental, diving (Marina Rubicon), surfing, jogging, fitness center and wellness centers (in several hotels available). A new golf course you can find in Tias / Puerto del Carmen, which is about half an hour car drive away.

In Playa Blanca there are some other lovely beaches (Dorada Beach), lots of supermarkets and shops, restaurants for every-ones taste and bars, pubs (English Bars and Irish Bars) and a long shopping area only for pedestrians as well as the lovely beach front for walks more than 10 kilometres.

Sightseeing: By car you are in some minutes at very interest places and well known restaurants, for example the Timanfaya Park with its "Fire Mountains" (volcanic mountains of Lanzarote). Also there is the very interesting wine road (La Geria of Lanzarote) where you may enjoy some local wine in a Bodega... The lovely fisher's village El Golfo also is not far away - famous for its good fish dishes and perfect sun sets!

Pool terrace: 4 sunbeds, a large table and 6 chairs are available to relax.
BBQ: a solid barbecue built on the terrace next by the pool gives you the chance to prepare grilled meat, fish or vegetables. Charcoal can be bought in the supermarket.

Booking Request Casa Blanca

The booking request online is free: You will receive an individual offer for you selected holiday home - if your special selected accommodation is not available we will present you a comparable one. Only then if you confirm our offer by mail or fax we will send you the contract for renting the accommodation. After paying the deposit your holiday home is booked authentically.
