 On the hill side in about 425 m hight above sea level you will find this holiday bungalow "Casita El Empíreo" for 2 who love to be away from the masses of tourists but love to enjoy high quality very private atmosphere, calmness and untouched nature combined with sensational panoramic ocean views. This private holiday home is situated on a tremendous property in La Asomada, with lots of palm trees and a huge garden, overlooking the island to the ocean up to the neighbour island Fuerteventura. Casita El Empíreo: integrated in the garden of this country property - nobody will look on to your terrace while you will sitting in the heated terrace jacuzzi. You are welcome on this fantastic place to enjoy your Lanzarote holiday stay on a high level with individual atmosphere and privacy surrounded by the green of the garden, by lots of palm trees and by untouched nature.  The house provides on the terrace a private heated jacuzzi for our guests, in which you may sit drinking a glass of champagne enjoying the panoramic views overlooking the islands landscape to the ocean. Nobody will disturb you and nobody will see you.The house itself provides about 60 sq.m living area, which is divided in a modern bright lounge with green sofa and green walls and an open kitchen - everything fashionable styled in the color green with light-grey tiled marble floors. The double bed is located in a separate room on a 4 steps higher level. The bed gives you panoramic garden views through the large window. The salon has TV (Astra SAT), radio, CD player including a small collection of music CDs.  The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooking fields, coffee machine, toaster, dish washer and washing machine. This holiday accommodation is equipped in a high standard and you also will find hair dryer, towels, iron and ironing board.The light bathroom has a "rain shower" (the shower is similar to rain fall) and is decorated in blue marble. The bathroom has a floor heating system. A second WC with washing basin is extra built in the house. The wide and elegant with potted trees and plants decorated terrace gives you splendid views. The jacuzzi is just for you to enjoy hours of relaxed private holidays in this fantastic "Casita El Empíreo".  The owner appreciates non smoker in the house. You are welcome to smoke your holiday cigarette on the terrace - please be considerate of the owner and of succeeding guests. Thank you for your sympathy! Casita El Empíreo with volcanic stone walls is fully integrated in the green garden.
Leisure Activities and SightseeingThe central location of this house is a perfect place as starting point for all sightseeing tours to interesting hotspots of Lanzarote. In Puerto del Carmen you may find tennis, bike rental (mountain biking), scuba-diving, surfing, fitness center as well as shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The very new golf course of Puerto del Carmen (Tías) is just 15 minutes car drive away.Sightseeing: By hired car you are in some minutes at all very interest places, for example the Timanfaya Park with its "Fire Mountains" (volcanic mountains of Lanzarote), the very interesting wine road (La Geria of Lanzarote) where you may enjoy some wine in a Bodega with "Tapas"... and lots of other famous locations and sightseeing spots: please see our virtual sigtseeing tour. Laptop: If you like to hire a laptop - we offer one for € 10,- a day (please announce with your booking) Golf: If you like to play golf we can lend some second-hand golf clubs for you without extra charge.

Price per week = 7 nights. All prices are in Euros (€) and validated for the whole year - we do not have season prices!
