Rental Charges · Arrival and Departure
The price examples on our web pages are prices per week = 7 nights. All prices are in Euros (€) and validated for the whole year - we do not have different season prices during the year!
Addition on the price per day for shorter rental periods than one week are possible. The prices are for all persons who are renting a house - adults and children have same prices.
Included in the rental charge:
- Cleaning of the accommodation before your arrival
- Towels and bed-linnen, as well as beach towels
- water consumption during your holiday stay
- Consumption of electricity and gas (if available)
- Weekly pool maintenance
Not included in the rental charge :
- Extra cleaning during your holidays (ask us before booking)
- Food and nonfood articles (as toilet paper, cosmetics, suntan oil etc.)
- Flight, Car rental and assurances for your private holiday stay
Arrival and Departure:
- All holiday houses and vacation villas to rent are for self-cartering.
- All prices are pure rental prices for the accommodation (house/villa/flat)
- The base of all price calulations always is the weekly rental charge for 7 nights as you will find in the web page four our houses, villas or apartments.
Our Starter Package Shopping Service
If you want you can start into your holiays as handy as possible: the only thing to do
is to send us the list with your wanted goods and we will go shopping for you
before your arrival on Lanzarote: The shopping will be done in a local supermarket or grocery. We only buy fresh branded goods for you or canary specialities from local shops or groceries. Whenever we can, we buy canary or spanish products.
The liquidation of the shopping should be payed in cash at your arrival in the house - plus the additional service charge of 15,- EURO for the shopping service itself. You will receive the sales check for the goods from the person who did the shopping. Please prepare the quantity of cash money for the clearing. Thank you!

Please ask us early enough to book your selected object for your wished holiday time that we can reserve and arrange this time in advance. 
- The booking system is very easy. Click o the booking banner (see above) and you will be linked automatically to our booking request page. Please fill out all requested fields and send us the page online.
- All booking requests will receive a written offer for the selected holiday home or vacation villa. This offer is free and non-binding.
- In case you agree to our offer and you want to book the object you have to confirm our email offer by email or fax. We will prepare and send you our official rental contract for your chosen house, rental time and rental price.
- In the rental contract you will find all details for paying the first deposit and also when and to whom you have to pay the rest of the rental charge.
- After your arrival on Lanzarote you can drive straight to your vacation villa. You will find a clean and well maintained house which is prepared for your holiday stay. You will enjoy your holidays from the first hour on.
- Questions, wishes or little problems? We are your contact partner on Lanzarote and we will organize little problems if there may be an electricity failure, not working water heater or TV blackout etc.
- There is no risc - we manage this business since the year 2000 and we have lots of satisfied and happy clients. You can trust us.
